Meet the team

Ben Founded Rakers Automation in February of 2022. After leaving his outside sales position at Eurotherm he noticed a need in the market for high quality technical support and high quality products backed by a high quality team. You can find Ben both in the office designing industrial control panels, as well as out in the field on startups of our systems.

Sierra joined Rakers Automation in 2023 part time as our office manager. Sierra works full time as a 4th Grade Teacher and assists Ben with office tasks on her days off and after hours. You'll likely find Sierra behind her desk getting vendor invoices paid and scheduling field service calls.
